Purpose one
Explore patterns and perspectives
Gently examine recurring themes, emotional responses, relationships, or decisions through imagery and symbolic narratives that emerge during the session.
A guided, client-led hypnosis modality for exploring meaningful imagery, personal insight, and the deeper patterns shaping your present life — approached with care, curiosity, and grounded integration.
“The session is not about being told what is true. It is an invitation to listen more closely to yourself.”
Gentle • Collaborative • Reflective
Understanding the modality
Holistic Quantum Hypnosis is an extended form of guided hypnosis that combines focused relaxation, imaginative inquiry, open-ended dialogue, and time for reflection. The practitioner offers structure and prompts; you remain the central participant, describing what arises in your own words.
The word “quantum” reflects the modality’s lineage and its interest in consciousness and possibility. It is not a claim of quantum-physics proof, medical diagnosis, or guaranteed access to objective memories. Experiences are held as personally meaningful material that may support insight.
Purpose one
Gently examine recurring themes, emotional responses, relationships, or decisions through imagery and symbolic narratives that emerge during the session.
Purpose two
Create space to notice values, strengths, needs, and possibilities that can become practical reference points after the session.
A deliberately unhurried format
Timings are approximate. The pace is responsive to your needs, with consent and comfort checked throughout.
45–60 min
Clarify intentions, history, questions, boundaries, and what would make the experience feel supportive.
20–30 min
Settle the body and narrow attention through breath, visualization, and gentle verbal guidance.
90–120 min
Follow imagery, sensations, memories, or metaphors, with open questions and no required interpretation.
30–45 min
Return to ordinary awareness, debrief, identify grounded takeaways, and plan gentle aftercare.
Plan a quiet remainder of the day.
Hydration, a light meal, journaling, and minimal obligations can help you transition gently after an extended session.
A personal experience
There is no single “right” hypnotic experience. Some people feel deeply absorbed; others remain aware of the room and the practitioner’s voice. Both can be valid.
Scenes, colors, metaphors, faces, places, or a simple sense of knowing.
Body sensations, emotional shifts, calm, curiosity, or moments of uncertainty.
Fragments that feel like memories, imagined stories, or blended inner material.
Few images, a reflective state, or insights that make more sense afterward.
The modality’s lineage
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, was developed and popularized by Dolores Cannon. It uses a long induction and guided inquiry, traditionally including past-life-style narratives and dialogue with a proposed higher aspect of consciousness.
An extended pace, careful preparation, open-ended questions, client-described imagery, and dedicated integration time.
Spiritual interpretations are welcomed when meaningful to you, but never imposed as fact. Symbolic, psychological, imaginative, and spiritual understandings can coexist.
You can pause, speak, move, ask questions, decline a direction, or end the session at any time.
This work is intended for personal reflection and wellbeing support. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or a substitute for treatment from a licensed health professional.
Hypnosis may not be appropriate for everyone. Please disclose relevant mental-health conditions, seizure history, medications, pregnancy, substance use, or current instability before booking. We may recommend medical or mental-health clearance, an adjusted format, or a different form of support.
Results cannot be guaranteed. Do not use hypnotic material as the sole basis for major medical, legal, financial, or relationship decisions. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency or crisis services.
Begin with a grounded conversation
A short consultation gives us space to discuss your intention, answer practical questions, and consider fit before you commit to an extended session.
